Designed and built by long term meditators who have spent many years working hard by..well... sitting on there duffs and collecting research and getting feedback by customers to bring you top quality meditation cushions. Used by retreat centers around the world you are getting top of the line quality that you won't find anywhere else. The meditation cushion comes in medium or large.
Each meditation zafu is double stitched and the Fabric is 100% conventionally grown cotton with low-(environmental) impact dyes. Hidden opening behind the handle allows for addition or removal of stuffing material to adjust to individual height/density. This is important because it allows customization of height. Many other brands don't have this feature.Density on sitting cushions is firm and supportive without being rock hard. This is the preferred density based on 23 years of customer feedback. It's built with expert craftsmanship by Carolina Morning out of there own durable and comfortable fabrics and stuffings.

When it's new: 8"x12" diameter (it gets flatter and wider after it's broken in)

Large Kapok Zafu
When it's new: 9"x15" diameter (it gets flatter and wider after it's broken in)
Weighs 2.5lbs with kapok fill and 7lbs with buckwheat fill
