This portable meditation cuhion is both durable and comfortable and perfect for the mobile meditator on the go. It weighs only eleven ounces and fits in a coat pocket when deflated. The inflatable zafu is durable enough for outdoor use, eaily washable, and inflates via mout in seconds.
The portable meditation cushion can also double as an inflatable lumbar support in chairs that are uncomfortable, especially cars and airplane seats (when slightly inflated). If helps avoid collapsing of the back due to bucket seats. Also, since it's hand, it works as a sleeping pillow when away from home. .
When partially inflated, you can place the inflatable zafu on a standard chair. It will create a sloping effect which makes chair sitting comfortable and helps tone the torso/back muscles while aligning the spine.
